Registration, COVID-19 and Other Information

• Anyone at this tournament must be masked in the playing room and common areas

• Anyone at this tournament must be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination must be submitted in advance

• You must submit proof of vaccination to the Scrabble Vaccine Registry, by emailing vaccination@scrabbleverse.com

• Due to the nature of in person Scrabble play, 6 feet of distancing is not possible. Players may sit 4 to a table

• Due to the changing nature of the pandemic, players should plan for last minutes changes, including cancellation

• Each player not staying at tournament hotel pays a commuter fee of $25 ($20 US) for main event

• Swiss/Performance pairings. Division size TBD, smaller divisions may be merged

• In addition to place prizes, performance-based prizes will be given in all divisions

• Directors may alter tournament structure in best interest of the event, including spread Gibsonization
